      - Very high compensation by Swedish standards - Many strong professionals around - Work life balance was fine in Stockholm

      Cons

      - No such thing as "overcommunication", as a result very high noise-to-signal ratio. - "Tech guys" are second class citizens in the firm - Windows NDS only

      New graduate friendly. There are a lot good learning opportunities and very nice people around.

      Cons

      Very fierce competition in VP level. Performance ranking and bonus allocation are not transparent (seems depends on if the MD like you)
