      Pros

      Training is very good and they give you ownership of your desk. You build your targets with the managers.

      Cons

      Everything! From the management that only care about KPI's to the colleagues that only care about booze and talk bad things about the others as soon as they turn their back. Horrible place to work! Really long hours and pressure to the top!
