Very horrible management. unwelcoming and entitled rude Karen colleagues who worked there for years. disrespectful and very unhelpful to new starters. Favouritism from the management and no praise given to new starters for their hard work and long hours and doing all the admin and recruitment. Lots of bullying and abuse You are treated like a child and it’s like a big playground of adults who act like immature bullies at school. Bad toxic culture. Poor work life balance and not worth the mental strain with low salary! A lot of Micromanagement. Lots of pressure. High turnover and they manipulate you to stay. Bad communication. POC always getting hired but no progression and leaving and social events not very accommodating for POC. PRIDE is hugely forced upon celebration but not other religious beliefs. Not very diverse only a couple POC.
