      Pros

      I always thought I was lucky having sound leaders that supported my ambitions, but now I've realized that it's Hilton's strong culture. I've had several leaders who have taken chances on me while I've been hungry for more, and I've grown quickly

      Cons

      Some of the niche, high demand teams have limited roles. I'm learning to be patient as I develop for that next step.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
