Cuidados aos membros de equipe no que tange o mínimo.

Cons

Liderança arbitrária e com extremo medo de liderar, ouvir e considerar. Mas principalmente de admitir falhas e erros, tentando ao máximo escavar suas culpas nos subalternos. Dificuldade de crescimento por conta de favoritismo. Existe uma proibição de relacionamentos entre membros de equipe, no entanto ela aparentemente não existe entre gerentes e membros de cargos mais baixos, até sendo acobertado entre gerentes de outros hotéis.

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
