Pros
Hampton Inn and Suites is a good company to work for, they put customer service first, the hotel is well kept and beautiful. The employees have the opportunity to get discounts at other hotels in the chain.
Cons
Most people who work at the front desk are part-time and work second or third shift. There's not a lot of opportunity to move up.
