Pros
I like the fact that we get great employee discounts. I also like the fact that we get sick pay. The best part is networking with the customers you never know who you will meet.
Cons
The worst thing is sometimes management is shady and try to take advantage of all the work you are willing to do. You only get insurance if you average at least 32 hours and that is very hard in the slow season. As with most jobs it is hard to move up when you don't know anyone and some managers show favor to friends and family.
