8yOkay somehow I was traveling and missed this--I'm so sorry for the delay. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for the kind compliment and the thoughtful review. I'm not exaggerating either when I say it's the best thing about my entire career to get to work with people like you every day, and I feel humbled and energized to get here every day, so thank you, for both the compliment (I may have teared up...) and for all the hard work you do every day. We are working hard to make you proud on parental leave and on diversity, and on comp, would love to connect offline (if you're open to it of course) because we try to be pretty competitive there in terms of total comp particularly in engineering, so let me know if you're open to a conversation on that front, would be very open to feedback there.
