      Pros

      Numerous areas to work in. Better than average pay. Flexible hours depending on department. Corporate building has a great conservative enviroment.

      Cons

      Waterside building needs attention. Not enough college graduates in the waterside building. Sloppy dress code. Some people come in looking completely ghetto in the waterside building. Seen one guy come in wearing red pants and a no-bend hat. Do not recomend a production based job here. You are treated like a child.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
