Pros
Pay is good and exam raises are considered outside of annual raises, so that's definitely a plus People are a lot of fun and they do try to make the workplace enjoyable and encourage walking breaks
Cons
Health Benefits are horrific -- unless you're a 20 something with no spouse/kids and no medications of anykind -- then it's great b/c premium can be less than $10/paycheck and deductibles in excess of $5000
