They just throw u into the sea and let u learn how to swim by yourself without guiding. At the same time you can learn but tough at the beginning.
Cons
Not suitable for fresh graduate to enter. Lack of guiding. The management direction always change and waste a lot of time for you to learn and gain. The bosses there are really bad tempered and bit friendly at all. If can dun enter M1.
