Pros
Intel is a good employer and goes to great lengths to show their appreciation to their employees. Overall, i think Intel is a well run company with a strong culture and good management.
Cons
Salary and benefits are ok, but other "perks" are somewhat behind other tech companies. Intel painstakingly benchmarks its salaries against other companies to make sure it is competitive...but just barely competitive. The annual performance review process is the most demotivating and demoralizing experience an employee can go through. Intel is also a very top heavy organization leaving little opportunities for advancement beyond the first few rungs of the latter.
