Comenzó como una empresa muy ambiciosa en México, creciendo y expandiendo su impacto a nivel global. Se logró tener mayor relevancia dentro de la compañía y tomar más proyectos. Algunos ingenieros crecieron, el talento era alimentado y a pesar de los tropiezos, las remuneraciones no disminuían y los aumentos persistían

Como bien es sabido, Intel se encuentra en serios problemas a nivel global y se refleja en todos lados. Ha habido despidos tras despidos, usualmente afectando el día a día de las operaciones. La cultura de la empresa siempre ha sido un punto que consistentemente juega en su contra: se promueve la competitividad dentro de los equipos, donde se mide el desempeño en relación al de los compañeros. Esto lleva a que haya poca cooperación, se creen nichos de poder y la información se concentre en personas que terminan demasiado saturadas para facilitar el trabajo. Los rangos gerenciales son pocas veces afectados, el crecimiento se ha visto detenido y las oportunidades de desarrollo se han limitado seriamente. La compensación ha sido reducida considerablemente y los bonos que antes eran un punto atractivo se han visto reducidos a nada.
