      Above market rate pay. Freedom to work from home.

      Cons

      Lots of travel. High employee turnover. Product managers can be quite hands off or checked out. A lot of hype about big data and graph analytics, but lots of the work is plain consulting.

      I have only just started but judging by the interviewing and on-boarding process, Lynx Analytics is a great place to work.
