      You will gain a lot of benefits during the short period of work there

      Cons

      If you are not belonging on Sales, there is No career development High rates of people turnover, because MSD wants to cut spending by destroying careers Managers are passive on decision making, patronized by their superior officers in the region

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
