Pros
regional monitoring - you will monitor sites in your city only (or in your region, if your city is small) - no need to go on business trips to sites; good salary, bonuses, social package, good CRA team, few really good PMs and I had a great line manager
Cons
if CR Director doesn't like you for any reason, you'll be treated like a pariah by most of colleagues and will be forced to leave; most PMs and line managers were more focused on their relationships with CR Director than on actually doing their jobs; you can get promotion to PM only when working office-based in Moscow
