      Most people I've come across are smart and personable Ethical and inclusive culture for a pharma Great pay and other incentives with little overtime

      Cons

      Bureaucratic and slow moving process Token corporate diversity and wellness 'initiatives' Slow progression to senior management in many roles

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
