Poor leadership in lab: severe lack of leadership from “managers”, having young managers with little or no experience in pharma industry is never going to work. Toxic culture: the lab culture was toxic and unhealthy, again coming from management down. Lack of support: team members receive little or no support from management, an employee would almost be nervous asking a question to a supervisor.
