      Great medicines and R&D. Years ago also used to have a great culture.

      Cons

      Industry reputation continues to be poor. Staff turnover in particular teams suggest the management issues that existed some years ago are still a problem.

      Pros

      Best Colleagues! I miss them. Most folks are really great. There are of course some folks that are climbers and back biters, but the good ones make up for it.

      Cons

      Salary is definitely below industry and you better negotiate your salary before you start because you'll never get more than 3% and promotions can be difficult.
