Pros
When I started it was a really great atmosphere among colleagues and management staff , it was very open environment to share ideas. Very collaborative team to work with.
Cons
They pay min wage and you have very long hours. When a new manager came in lots of things was changed and the management philosophy changed from bottom up to top down decision make. Also only sales assistants were allow to have one day early shift per week and for the rest of the week closing time shift, while the management staff they could have three times per week early shift, which looked like being discriminated and very unfair.
