      Pros

      Networking abilities, no micromanagement, learn at your own free will, if you have a conscious about doing right this will not be the job for you.

      Cons

      Disorganization, poor leadership, dishonest leadership, HR unethical, poor treatment, lack of support from leaders, lack of training and no future career. Being employed directly with this agency is a completely exhausting.

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
