Pros

Bonus scheme very competitive, good work life balance if you work for the right forward thinking manager!

Cons

Earning potential can be lost if you're not sitting in a business that specializes - a one size fits all approach is old and Manpower has not yet caught up with the rest of the market. No long-term strategy in place. Recent restructure has been chaotic, poor communications from the board down. Used to be a place that valued it's people - this has been lost in recent years.

I take on board your feedback about the way the recent restructure was handled, though I can assure you that we do have a long-term strategy. Communication is key and I hope that our recent Manpower Live forums across the country reinforced that as being important to our continued success. Great pay Fast assignment Quick response to questions Always available during business hrs.

Cons

Loading own hrs online. Some people are not good on computers
