The best reasons to work here are employment when you are in a tough spot and the ability to provide for your family in hard times.
Cons
The challenges are that you are a temporary worker, you can be fired at any time, you will be fired for calling in sick twice within a 90 day period, its nearly impossible to advance due to the fact that their working relationships aren't very good with most companies.
