8yThank you for sharing your feedback. Employee engagement and happiness are top priorities that we are actively working on. We are committed to improving leadership communication across the organization. We know that we need to make some changes to build better collaboration between our people and our teams, and are in the process to do just that with enhancement to certain processes we use to run our business.
As a matrixed organization, we have a cross-section of technical and business focused Product Owners, as well as technical Mangers deployed across our teams. Product Owners have responsibility for articulating why we’re investing in specific areas and the jobs to be done. Our technical managers lead teams through the “how” or implementation as well as responsible for helping our software engineers with their career growth and development.
Our employees are some of the most talented in the industry and your advice to management will not go unnoticed. Our leadership team cares deeply about how our employees feel and the frustration that you express through this review is something that we take very seriously. Although not every change will happen overnight or have an impact overnight, as a team, we will make great strides to positively impact the work environment.
