Company is overly complex for its size with antiquated processes. Toxic staff who are not engaged and not collaborative. Constant turnover of staff and management, especially with new staff who gets disillusioned quickly

Thank you for the feedback. We do pride ourselves on providing a state-of-the-art product, as shown in this year's Gartner's Critical Capabilities for Analytics and BI Platforms Report. And yes, we are a unique place to work. Being agile and dedicated to the changes we need to make to be a successful organization is important. But committed colleagues are actually one of the big reasons why people love working here, according to our annual engagement surveys and a study we did last year to determine what value we offer our employees. Our people make us stand out. Thank you again for the feedback and best of luck!

Pros

Good flexi benefits and health program

Cons

Top management talks about people is the most important resource. However, the strategy executed does not show this. Staff are asked to go in cost cutting exercise with no alternatives explored before the exercise is done. Talk about training but all training programs are only for the company's tool which is too technical for some. There is no external training provided.
