Pros
The sad thing is that honestly the only positive things that can be said about this place are the gym and the leftover executive food that random floors get a few days a week.
Cons
Everything. This place has learned nothing from the mistakes it has made over the last 10yrs. Systems and internal processes are completely broken, training for new hires is nonexistent, and the lack of communication is mind boggling. I would imagine that workers in North Korea are treated better than employees at microstrategy. The newest of a revolving door of executives cares more about moving employees into different roles than actually resolving the existing problems. These people will take advantage of you, get what they can out of you, and then probably outsource your job. I would be shocked if any of the new executive members hired in the last 6 months are even here in another 2 years. This place is run like a 27 yr old startup.
