Pros
The salary and benefits were OK
Cons
The 'management's appears to have been made up with people with no management experience and a lack of understanding what the role of a good manager is. Constantly monitoring emails and being reprimanded if even a hint of a personal email was sent from the work address. I don't know if this was inherent through the pay grades (like does the CEO receive as much scrutiny from the shareholders / wider stakeholder group?). It was worse than being at primary school.... toilet and lunch breaks monitored and BAD management. The role of a manager is to support the team NOT to micro manage them and to treat them like them 2 year olds. Very high staff turnover. Would NOT recommend. Little scope for promotion and was based on "if your face fits" or on more than one occasion, who had been having an affair with a senior manager!
