Pros
Fast growing company. The product is continuously expanding and improving. They have very good stock options, benefits and incentive compensation plan.
Cons
The professional services team are treated like white collar factory workers - too many projects to work on at a time causing quick burn out and staff turnover. Mid-level managers are not hired based on merit but move up based on years of service resulting in weak management that quickly disengages staff.
