Head of is a bully, as are most of the managers. Lots of pointless admin tasks. No desire to change how they’ve done things previously, and the company’s downfall is to show for it. Constant redundancies followed by rehires and the cycle continues. You are expected to work extremely long hours on projects that go nowhere. I actually reached out to HR due to the bullying of my manager, and received no support.
