Pros
It’s a sales position in reverse. The company actually pays the family to be in the ratings. A lot of employees appreciate the car.
Cons
No work/life balance. The initial training was phenomenal but it lasts for 16 weeks which is far too long. Micro management is an understatement. The ratings are supposed to be true and organic but they are skewed. Management retaliates if you get on bad side.
