Management doesn't like or encourage employees with a strong personality or who can think for themselves...prefer employees to follow new "templates" rather than go outside the box. Outsourcing to India so losing local knowledge. Management is only concerened about cost cutting. Current development "programs" are only aimed at top Senior Management.
