benefits are great, in the US you get "unlimited" vacation time fair with annual bonus people are wonderful to work with
Cons
lacks true leadership. I've been through 4 re-organizations of my immediate area in 3.5 years. Very difficult to get your feet underneath you to understand your role, everyone else's role before it changes again in my area, they did not treat the contract staff well at all. very demoralizing
