Pros
The Nielsen company is the respected leader in supplying CPG Companies with scanning and panel data. This is a necessary service to any good size CPG Company as opposed to just being optional.
Cons
The Nielsen Company no longer values it's employees as it once did. This has created an environment of fear among employees which has undermined morale.
