Great company - Initially might feel a bit disorganized - Lead Software Developer Nielsen Employee Review

When you first join the company it might feel a bit disorganized but once you get past that stage you will enjoy working there. However, the compensation can be a bit fair especially for Canadian employees when you realize that your coworker in US is making significantly more than you, it taints your job satisfaction a bit. (But I understand its a hard one to satisfy for sure so can't completely blame the organization for that.)
