Internal politics and job insecurity overshadow external reputation - Python/Odoo Developer Odoo Employee Review

Great place to work, great food, great benefits.

Salary is a little low unless you make a lot of commission.

Wonderful people, interesting product, good way to build experience at a reputable company. Working hours are not bad at all and I rarely feel overwhelmingly stressed. I am truly thankful for this chapter of my life no matter where I end up down the road.

Very poor lead quality and lead distribution is a mess. Often is very much luck based which can be discouraging and hard to feel like you're getting enough opportunities to live up to your potential. There is a lot of disconnect and chaos within leadership which is common at a quickly growing international company and it doesn't bother me that much but I see many other people really struggle with it. There isn't a ton of clear opportunity for long term career advancement within sales or other departments based out of San Francisco so there is a lot of turn over which is sad to see.
