Pros
* Excellent pay & benefits (in Brazil) * Some great (not all) entries on the solutions portfolio.
Cons
In Brazil: * Several customers complain they are sold what they don't need or solutions that end up not fitting their needs. * Too many sales reps representing several solution pillars calling on every single account simultaneously. * Demotivating internal friction chain to process a sale (it is much harder to process a sale than conclude it with the customer!!!). * Too much internal politics, not an inch of meritocracy.
