Cons
you work from 8:15am to 7:30pm everyday. they don't pay you for extra working hours. sometimes you need to go back to office in weekends. you cannot balance work and life. They pays competitive in the market but if you leverage your working hours, then your payment is low. everyone has sales target, if u cannot complete, they will just fire you directly.
