Pros
The company vision under Dan Schulman is great. In terms of technology, we see process improvement across organizations that's making us iterate faster. I see a lot of improvement over time. Coworkers are all great to work with.
Cons
Sometimes there is too much overhead to do things. In some cases there are too many dependencies with other teams and this slows releases down.
