      Pros

      Flexible holidays and shifts, very interesting and complex product, fast pace and target driven.

      Cons

      loads of issues affect your daily work and management does little to help. No motivation from management and lack of engagement with their staff.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
