      Good benefit, especially for family. Good work from home culture.

      Cons

      Office politics is common, and it's expected from a big MNC. Need to be very pushy to get things done. Too many meetings sometimes disrupt productivity.

      Pros

      Great company! My managers and directors care about who I am as a person. They want you to succeed and be efficient at the role so you have the tools and support to foster that growth.

      Cons

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
