Cons
-They try to squeeze the most of their employees by adjusting targets every quarter to fit workers performance to a bell curve so that bonus pay out does not exceed the planned amount. As a result the targets are not just challenging, they are close to impossible to achieve unless you try to play the system by not doing your work honestly -the amount of Big Brother policing is too much - they insist that no situation is referred to as a problem or issue, everything is "an opportunity", also whenever they have created a cult of feedback, calling it "a gift", but unfortunately it is more of a constant criticism that drains the motivation from the employees -When it comes to promotion, once you are perceived as negative or with another unfavourable label it is impossible to progress, even if some people are really very bright, good workers and have the potential -sometimes clearly the weaker candidates get chosen for Team Leader positions
