Pros
Generally collaborative culture. Focused direction improving with new management. Compensation good.
Cons
Business skills among decision-makers is not what it should be. Accountability systems not in place, so promotions and advancement are largely not skills and achievement based but network based. Really hard to get anything done. Worse than other companies of its size.
