Pros
At first, lots of innovation. Good career paths. Smart folks and interesting projects
Cons
CFO from airline came onboard and started slashing benefits left and right. The company focuses on giving a lot of stocks but they forgot they can’t control the stock market (even when the company does very well). This year, the attrition has been through the roof, to the point I am worried about how much this may affect our future earnings and our merchants.
