      Great friendly culture with flexible work hour. Not a high pressure work environment. Successful company with continued long term growth.

      Cons

      Company and product direction has been weak in the past. The new CEO and the split off from eBay may help.

      Pros

      Great company! My managers and directors care about who I am as a person. They want you to succeed and be efficient at the role so you have the tools and support to foster that growth.

      Cons

      Big company energy. Can be draining month after month. Sales as a whole can be tiring but it’s very rewarding when you get lucky, put in the hard work and hustle!

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
