Good benefits and pay, but an operational disaster - Product Owner PayPal Employee Review

Operationally this is the worst company I have ever worked for. There is a lot of duplicity of roles, but everything is very siloed so enterprise standards for getting things done does not exist. There have also been so many lay offs I over the past couple years without continuity plans that it is impossible to find owners or subject matter experts for certain products or data. I often spend days on end trying to track down someone who can give me access to a specific dataset.
