      Pros

      Lots of resources, good pay, leading MNC in the fintech industry. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      The employee assessment program needs reworking and seems to be promoting bad behavior among teams, causing everyone to continuously compete with each other and within the same team. It gets very toxic every now and then.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
