Pros

Team was great at the store level and working with people and pets all day has great benefits. Its just like any other job, you get what you put in as far as the day to day goes.

Cons

Corporate level creates programs and ideas that don't always make sense at the ground level and do not offer realistic support to find solutions. They just keep telling you how great things are, even when they aren't. It's easy to see how great things look on paper, but they all need to spend real time in the stores to experience reality versus a plan created in a glass office.

Pros

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Cons

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
