Company was bought by Private Equity Company BC Partners in March 2015 and taken private. Many things have changed the usual takeover cost cutting, cutting staff, store hours pinched, revamping every supplier and expense imaginable, Cut, Cut, Cut! New Store Manager salaries average closer to $60K now as saw newly promoted seeing high 50's. New Owners did away the annual Stock Option Grants for Store Mgrs. which was a bummer. This is a heavy services Company have to have thick skin as the Customers are pretty brutal.
