Almost nothing, only good thing may be is brand name which is also going down the hill in recent times.

Cons

- Very unprofessional managers and leadership. No technical knowledge, full of politics. - Worst management, no value for dedicated and hard working people, only politics. Whoever does more politics gets promoted. - They don't listen to any feedback. Even after multiple negative feed backs and escalations, one of the manager got promoted to group leader. - They treat contractors like slaves, being an FTE, I felt bad for the way the contractors were treated. - 3 months notice period, they make sure that you will not be able to switch and your career is ruined. - On paper they mention unlimited sick leave, but if you take any sick leave, you have to work over time to cover up for this. - Worst company ever, multiple people resigned from our team and they behave like unprofessional.

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
