      No hardworking recognition Bad leads/managers Ideas and suggestions never been heard Bureaucracy Unrealistic goals leads to a highly stressful toxic environment No real vision or plan but still keep hiring more people Makes A LOT of wrong hires when they pride themselves about cultural fit Poor career management

      Prospa is a well-managed workplace with a lot of lovely people in the company. It was lovely to be there and I felt very well looked after.

      No room for development, boys club, expect you to work overtime without pay compensation
